Upgrade Your Hosting Plan

Enhance your hosting capabilities by upgrading your plan or adding features to meet your growing needs.

Why Upgrade Your Hosting Plan?

If you're running low on resources like disk space, email accounts, or domains, upgrading your hosting plan allows you to scale and add essential features without interruptions.

Upgrade Options

You can upgrade either:

  • Specific features (e.g., disk space, email accounts, MySQL databases)
  • Your entire hosting package to a more advanced plan

Both options are available in the My Plan area of your Control Panel.

Steps to Upgrade Your Hosting Plan

  1. Go to My Plan in the left-side menu of your Control Panel.
  2. Select the Add or Upgrade Services option.
  3. Choose your desired upgrades or package, select a payment method, and proceed to payment.

If you encounter any issues, please go to Help > My Tickets and open a support ticket.

Available Feature Upgrades

  • Hosted Domains: Host additional domains
  • Subdomains: Create more subdomains
  • Disk Space: Increase server storage
  • MySQL/ PostgreSQL Databases: Add more databases or increase quota
  • Email Addresses: Create additional email accounts
  • FTP Accounts: Add more FTP accounts
  • Backup: Upgrade your account backup limit
  • CPU Usage: Increase CPU usage limits

Select quantities for each upgrade from a dropdown, view monthly costs, and proceed with your preferred payment method.

Alternative Payment Options

If the available payment options don’t suit you, refer to our article on Alternative Payment Options for additional methods.
