How to Create a Mailbox

Introduction
You can create mailboxes at any of your hosted domains. Follow the steps below to set up your email account quickly and efficiently.
Steps to Create a Mailbox

Access the Control Panel
Navigate to Email > Mailboxes in your Control Panel. On the right side, you'll see a Create A New Email Account button.

Fill in the Required Fields
After clicking the button, fill in the necessary text boxes:
- Email Address: Enter the name for your mailbox (the part before the @). Choose a hosted domain from the drop-down menu (the part after the @).
- Password: Create a secure password (3 to 32 symbols long). You can generate a random password by clicking the Generate Password button.

Set Up Email Forwarding
If you want to forward emails, select the option and enter the forwarding address. You can also choose to Save a copy in your mailbox.

Configure Autoresponder
If desired, select the Auto-Reply option to send automatic responses to incoming emails. This is useful for vacation messages and can be set up at any time.

Create the Mailbox
Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click the Add a Mailbox button. Your new mailbox will appear in the list of Mailboxes.
