1. Check Your Recurring Billing Setup

To begin, determine if you have recurring billing set up for your account. Hover over your name in the top right corner of the Control Panel and select the Recurring section. Here, you'll find a table detailing all your recurring billing contracts.

• View the service type, profile ID, billing type, and amount charged.
• Check how many charges have occurred and when the next one is scheduled.
• If you have multiple services, ensure you check each one for active renewal contracts.

2. Manual Renewal of Your Hosting Plan

If no recurring contract exists, follow these steps to renew manually:

1. Click the Renew Plan button in the My Plan Details menu on the left.
2. Review the plan name, expiration date, and renewal price.
3. Check any upgrades or add-on services and decide whether to renew them.
4. Review the list of domain names registered under your account and select any to renew.
5. Choose your payment method and click Continue to proceed to payment.
